My name is Janice Renshaw, and I can proudly say that I am 65 years old. I have been practicing and teaching Yoga now for over 20 years.
I have not always been content with the aging process, especially in 2010 when I heard the words, “It is because of your age!” It was these words that led me to create a Yoga Formula that has helped me to change how I felt and feel today!
My routine changes day to day and sometimes it is just for 10 minutes of Mindfulness Meditation, or other days it is an hour routine.
Fast forward 10 years I am excited to share with you all my knowledge, so that you can create a Yoga Formula that works for you.
Time will not be an issue for you because you will choose when it is best for you to practice and I will be here to inspire and motivate you.
